General Conduct & Fair Play
- Cheating & Exploits: Third-party software, trainers, memory editors, or unintended game bugs are strictly prohibited.
- Community Standards: Maintain respect toward all participants. Toxicity, racism, and discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
Matchmaking & Account Rules
- Queue Commitment: Do not join the queue unless you are ready to play immediately upon match assignment.
- Match Dodging: Dodging after accepting a match is not allowed. If you want to concede, quit in-game to award your opponent points.
- Smurfing: Smurfing is not allowed, each player is allowed 1 active account in the ladder.
Match Disputes & Technical Conditions
- Draw Requests: If you have to leave a match and your opponent does not accept a draw, it is your own responsibility; draws must be mutually accepted by both players.
- Connection & Lag: Moderators will not invalidate or delete matches over latency issues caused by an opponent.
Enforcement & Reporting
- Rule Enforcement: Any violation of the rules will result in disciplinary action.
- Player Reporting: Submitting an in-game screenshot with your ticket significantly accelerates the review process.
